Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan (CBI-SUAPS), a trust sponsored by CBI, is engaging staff on a contract basis for its RSETI centers in Ballia and Deoria districts of Uttar Pradesh. The positions include Faculty, Office Assistant, Attender, Watchman cum Gardener, and FLC Counselor. The engagement is for one year and may be renewed based on performance.

Eligibility & Pay by Post

Faculty

  • Age: 22 to 40 years.
  • Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate.
  • Skills: Flair for teaching, computer knowledge, and good communication in the local language.
  • Pay: ₹20,000/- per month.

Office Assistant

  • Age: 18 to 35 years.
  • Qualification: Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Tally, and Internet; fluent in local language.
  • Pay: ₹12,000/- per month.

Attender

  • Age: 18 to 35 years.
  • Qualification: Matriculate (10th Pass).
  • Skills: Ability to read and write the local language is preferred.
  • Pay: ₹8,000/- per month.

Watchman cum Gardener

  • Age: 18 to 35 years.
  • Qualification: Should have passed 7th Standard.
  • Experience: Experience in agriculture/gardening is preferred.
  • Pay: As per norms.

FLC Counselor

  • Age: Below 65 years.
  • Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate.
  • Experience: Retired Bank officials (Scale II and above) or individuals with a rural development background are preferred.
  • Pay: Up to ₹15,000/- per month + ₹500 allowances.

Selection Process

Personal Interview

  • The selection procedure will consist of a personal interview.
  • Eligible candidates will be called for the interview, and the decision of the Society/Trust will be final.
